How LimeLeap Deploys SharePoint For Your Organization

SharePoint provides many features for document management and collaboration.  For each SharePoint implementation, LimeLeap assigns a team consisting of a Project Manager, Customization Lead, and Quality Assurance Tester.  Working with representatives from your organization, requirements are collected through:

• Analyzing how documents are currently managed
• Assessing access requirements (do non-staff members need access to workspaces?)
• Reviewing the projected amount of documents that will be created annually
• Gathering any functionality requests and determining where custom SharePoint web parts are appropriate

Once the requirements have been gathered, the project team installs a SharePoint implementation, and configures the security framework and collaboration site templates.  If necessary, custom web parts are created and installed on the implementation.

Finally, any enterprise databases that need to be tied into the SharePoint implementation is done so utilizing the LeapSeed platform, which can be embedded directly into a SharePoint web part.
