LimeLeap offers remote user support in conjunction with LimeCare Automated IT Subscriptions.  Our support engineers can access your organization's PC desktops remotely, troubleshoot issues, and guide your users through complex applications through shared screens.  All of our support engineers are Microsoft certified, guaranteeing anyone supporting your users is knowledgeable.

Premium Onsite User Support

LimeLeap provides helpdesk staffing to several non-profit organizations and professional firms.  This offering is recommended for organizations that require staffed onsite inside-one-hour user support.  As with the above Remote User Support option, all of LimeLeap's support engineers are Microsoft certified.
